Conciliation Procedure
In the event that we do not fulfill our obligations under the Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (BGG), even after receiving feedback, the BGG provides for a procedure through an independent conciliation body. According to § 16 BGG, the independent conciliation body has been established at the Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to Persons with Disabilities.
